Financial Aid Programs

KCFOA offers two different financial aid programs for Kittitas County residents: 

1. Spay/neuter assistance for low-income residents

   • • • To qualify, your household income must fall under HUD's "low income" threshold

Note: Misunderstood Mutts offers a $50 spay/neuter voucher for dogs at the Yakima Humane Society. Apply here.
